Working in Atlantic Canada for over 20 years, we have long-standing relationships with clients in all levels of government, not-for-profit organizations, small to medium sized businesses and large corporations. These clients rely on us to fill temporary and permanent positions in all industries at every level, ranging from entry-level administration to senior and executive management. Many positions are filled internally before they are ever publicly posted.  When you work with us, you expand your network by capitalizing on ours. 

Every resume that is submitted to Priority Personnel is reviewed by one of our recruiters before it is submitted to our applicant tracking system. Candidates looking to upgrade their skills can also receive free tutorials on applications, including all Microsoft Office products.

Our employment services are completely free for candidates. To be added to our applicant pool, all you need to do is submit a resume via email or submit a general application to our career portal. In the event that we have an opportunity that matches your skills and experience, you will be asked to come in for an interview and meet our team. It’s important to us that we know your preferences and personality to ensure we only introduce you to employers who meet your expectations.  We also encourage you to watch our job opportunities for anything you feel would complement your skills.

Here at Priority Personnel Inc. your privacy is our top priority. Keeping your personal information safe, secure, and confidential is an important aspect here; as we understand the consequences of leaked information. However, our privacy policy is subject to change at any time and if so we will notify you by email.

Collection and Usage of Information

As an HR Agency, at times we are required to collect sensitive information. All client information is secured via password-protected software and all physical documents are kept under lock and key. This information is kept on file for as long as you are working with us or longer if required by law. Never is any of your personal information provided to third parties outside of Priority.

Changing or Removal of Information

Upon request, clients/candidates can ask for their personal information to be updated or removed. After working with clients/candidates all personal information is stored within our system, unless stated otherwise. However, due to the computer system we use it may not be entirely possible to delete a client’s profile.


All clients and candidates should be aware that through the use of cookies, personal information can be collected. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer’s browser directory. This allows for the movements you make on visited websites to be tracked as well as customized functions are remembered. However, here at Priority we do not use specifically use cookies as no login information is required. Also, if one chooses to prevent the usage of cookies from their personal computer they will still be able to view all our website content.

Third Party Access

Priority Personnel Inc. does not provide candidate’s profiles to any third parties. We pride ourselves in client confidentiality, keeping all personal information within the business. We strive to protect all information that is provided to us from loss, misuse and alteration. Priority has taken all the necessary measures to protect the quality of all personal information.
